Multi Purpose Water Dispenser With Freezer

Introduction:

As the time moves the lifestyle of the persons has completely changed and all the people like to buy a multi-purpose devices. So this is the right time to provide some space to the technology into our lives .In our project a scheme has been proposed to introduce a water machine with freezer. Now all places having water machines which is for both hot and cold water .We just move this system to the next level. All people having refrigerator and water machines separately in their houses. This is consuming more power .After implementing our project, they need not to buy water dispenser and refrigerator separately. Our smart system includes this two things in the one device. This system is cost effective with less payback and saves power. As we know that , we need a compressor for produce cooling in machine .We planned to run a freezer by this compressor. We use single compressor to produce cold water and to run a mini refrigerator. It will reduce the size and also cost. This will be used in offices, houses, etc. Mainly it will be used for patients in hospitals. The milk and also drugs will be kept in this mini refrigerator. This will protect the patient from infections. This will be more convenient for the patients.

The following materials are required:

• Sheet metal
• Plywood
• Compressor
• Condenser
• Evaporator
• Throttle valve
• Taps
• Thermocol
• Floating valve
• Heating coil
• Pipe
• Thermostat

Drawings are the important thing to make the certain products. We should make the our own model to start the project.

The following works are done on the sheet metal

• Cut the sheet metal as per the requirements
• bending operation is done on the sheet metal to make the water tanks
• floating valves are connected in the water tank

Frame is the backbone of the every products. It is a only part which withstands all the weight of the other components.

Frame carries water tanks, freezer, compressor and other miscellaneous items.

The above connection is established by the connection

It is established by the connection of following components

• Compressor
• Condenser
• Throttle valve
• Evaporator(freezer)

In this step , All the components are connected together in frame.

It is very important to insulate the machine from atmosphere temperature.

Thermocol acts as the insulating material, it keeps the temperature inside the machine. It needs 3 inch of thermocol insulation for the better insulation.

Miscellaneous materials added to the machine to complete it. They are pipe, tap, heating coil, thermostat, outer cover, etc... Finally your own multi purpose water dispenser with freezer for your use.

I have completed this project at 9000 rupees only. It is working good, performing well. The budget is based on your requirements.
