Mug Cake (baked in Microwave)

Hi!

I told my girlfriend I would like to eat something sweet and she showed me how to make this cake. It's really easy (even I was able to cook it!! :D ) and quick (it took me about 5-10 minutes ;) ) and tastes really great (it reminds me a chocolate sufflé)! I must admit, that I was a little scared at first, but I just love it!

so...you will need:

• 3 spoons of oil
• half of teaspoon of baking powder
• 3 spoons of milk
• 4 spoons of flour
• 1 egg
• 2 spoons of cocoa
• 4 spoons of sugar

..And of course a mug!
.. and a microwave!


I also added some colorful decoration :D 

Now just mix together flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder.
Then add egg, milk and oil.
Stir it well!

Now it is time to put it in the microwave oven and bake it for about 2 minutes. When the mixture starts to come out, turn it off.
Then let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. 

aaand it's finally time to eat it!

Now just turn the mug upside down and fork out the cake. But I ate it from the mug :D

You can add some whipped cream, or cocoa, ornamentation etc... :)
