Mr Nadeau Sticker (how to Make a Vinyl Word Sticker)

This is a step by step to make your own vinyl word sticker. I'm Alan and will guide you to make your own words sticker with whatever text you would like.

For this mini project, you'll need a computer with USB A ports, A vinyl cutter specifically a cameo silhouette, weeding tools, sticky mat for vinyl glossy vinyl, transfer paper, and good wifi.

This is the website that you need to make your text logo.

Select the style of font you would like and click on it.

Once you select your font click on edit logo.

Logo text, click on it, and edit and Write what you want the sticker to say.

Click next after you have put what you want it to say.

Once you are on the next page after you clicked next look for the download button under the buy logo to the right.

It will save in downloaded.

The first step is done.

Connect cables to the right slots and connect to your computer.

Put your glossy vinyl on a sticky mat specifically made for vinyl cutting.

put up a mat with vinyl on it close to the rollers and line it up to the blue indicator.

press load and make sure it's straight.

Assuming that you already have the silhouette studio software with your cameo silhouette.

Open up Silhouette studio software.

On the top left click on the folder that is slightly open.

Go to downloads.

click on your word font text.

Resize text to the desired size.

Click on the trace icon that kind of looks like a butterfly.

Click on Select trace area and highlight/ create a square around the text.

Click trace.

Once it's traced a red outline will be outside of the text, click on the text NOT THE OUTLINE.

Drag it away from the outline and click on it then press delete.

After that click on send in the top right corner.

Once you do that click on awaiting connection and connect to your vinyl cutter.

After that you send it.

Cut a square around the text.

Start to weed out the larger body of vinyl. (The Vinyl around the text)

Once you are done and the only vinyl that is left is the letters grab some transfer paper.

Cut the needed amount of transfer paper.

Peel the transfer paper and apply it to the vinyl and make sure there are no air bubbles.

BOOM DONE!!!
