Find Wood

find a decent board thats decently wide

Cut Wood

use the table saw to cut wood 1.5 inches wide.

Gluing the Board

once you get 11 pieces or enough strips to make it 8 inches wide you glue them together

Trim and Plain the Board

once your board is glued and all put together you have to trim them so you have an equal distance on each side and you have a nice smooth edge. then you plain it down so all the humps and bumps from the glue or different heights of the boards are gone and it is flat.

Sand Board

after it was trimmed i gave it to Mr.b to plain/sand the board on the x carve. after it was done on the x carve i used the palm sander with 120 grit sandpaper to get it somewhat smooth then used 240 to finish sad it.

Laser Engrave

after it was sanded i gave it to Mr.b to laser engrave a gmc logo and then i have to oil it then its done
