Mozzarella Cheese Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:

500g minced meat

150g Mozzarella cheese

half cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

salt, pepper, paprika & oregano


Preparation

Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & oregano to the meat. Add breadcrumbs and the egg. Mix it together and form 2 pattys from the meat. Place the mozzarella cheese on on of it and lay the other patty on top.

Mozzarella cheese meatloaf recipe

Form a nice meatloaf with the cheese inside. Place it on an oven plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes and enjoy.
