To prepare the mousetrap we need to take off the parts we don’t need using pliers. Then you attach the skewer within the mouse with zip ties and tie string to the dowel.

Now that your done preparing the mousetrap you will need make the body of the car. Start by cutting out a triangle shape on the cardboard. With a hot glue gun, glue the mousetrap and the 2 dowels onto the cardboard. Cut two pieces of cardboard and glue them to the dowels and cut the straw into two pieces and glue it on the two pieces of cardboard (do the same thing at the back of the car). After that you put the skewer through both of the straws.

Cut two pieces of cardboard and glue it on both sides of the wheel and poke a whole in it (do it for all four wheels). Attach it to both sides of the dowel, you can also put a balloon on your wheel.
