Hii friend,

Today I am going to make circuit of MotorCycle Indicator Sound Generator using Relay, Capacitors and for sound output I will use Buzzer.

Let's get start,

Take All Components As Shown Below

Components required -

(1.) Relay - 12V x1

(2.) Capacitor - 25V 2200uf x1

(3.) Capacitor - 25V 1000uf x1

(4.) Buzzer - x1

(5.) Resistor - 220 Ohm x1

(6.) Battery - 9V

(7.) Battery clipper

Short Pins of the Relay

Firstly we have to short pins of the relay.

Solder Normally close pin of relay to Coil-2 Pin of the Relay using jumper wire as solder in the picture.

Next Connect 25V 2200uf Capacitor

20191118_074912.jpg

Then we have to connect 25V 2200uf capacitor on the relay.

Solder +ve pin of 2200uf capacitor to Coil-2 and Normally close pin of the relay which we shorted each other as you can see in the picture.

And solder -ve pin of capacitor to Coil-1 pin of the relay.

Connect 25V 1000uf Capacitor

Next we have to Connect 1000uf capacitor to the relay.

Solder +ve pin of capacitor to Common pin of the relay and

Solder -ve pin of the capacitor to coil-2 pin of relay as you can see in the picture.

Connect Buzzer to Relay

Now we have to connect the Buzzer to relay to get sound of bike indicator.

Solder -ve pin of Buzzer to coil-1 pin/-ve pin of 2200uf capacitor as shown in the picture.

Connect 220 Ohm Resistor

Next connect 220 ohm resistor to the buzzer.

Solder 220 ohm resistor between Normally close pin of the relay to +ve pin of the buzzer as you can see in the picture.

Connect Battery Clipper Wire

Next we have to solder battery clipper wire to the circuit to give input power supply.

NOTE : We have to give 9V DC Input power supply. Here we can also give 12V DC Input power supply but at the place of 220 resistor replace with 330 ohm resistor.

Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to Common pin of the relay and

Solder -ve pin of battery clipper to coil-1 pin of the relay/-ve pin of the buzzer as you can see in the picture.

Connect Battery

As we will connect the battery to battery clipper then buzzer will start giving bike indicator sound.

So Connect battery to the battery clipper and observe that buzzer is giving sound like bike indicator sound.

Thank you
