In this instructable. You will be learning a very simple morning routine that you can do to help you get some activation and blood flow throughout your body before starting your day. This is by no means a way to get fit, but simply a way to improve overall wellness and sense of health in the mornings.

First find something that you sit on at about the same height as the chair I'm using. Make sure you extend your arms and you have your feet just outside shoulder width. Keep your chest up tall and head facing forward.

Then you are simply going to stand up, without leaning forward too much. try to focus on squeezing your butt cheeks together. Repeat this 10 times.

Breathe

Take some time to take 5 deep breathes. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Morning Fitness Routine: Push-Up

Start on the floor with your arms right underneath your shoulders. You want your feet together and your elbows tucked in. When you descend do not flare your elbows out. If you don't have the strength to do this on your feet, you may do it on your knees. Repeat 10 times.

Much like the Jumping Jack. The difference is that a seal claps it's hands so we will be clapping our hands instead of putting them over our head. Start with your feet together and your hands by your side. To perform this exercise, jump out with your legs and clap your hands together. Repeat 10 times.

Breathe

Take some time to take 5 deep breathes. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Cardio

This is an extra step, but simple go on a walk around the block. This will help improve endorphine levels and make you feel alive.

That's It

Congratulations! Go ahead and take a shower and start your day. Thank you for following the morning routine.
