Desafie Seus Alunos Com O Labirinto Cortado a Laser

O projeto foi desenvolvido pela equipe do Makerspace da Casa Thomas Jefferson. O resultado foi um labirinto de papelão, cortado a laser, com desafios personalizáveis. O labirinto pode ser utilizado em conjunto com Sphero mini ou ser manipulado manualmente com bolinhas de ping-pong.

A inspiração para o projeto veio de um trabalho manual visto no perfil do Instagram da @kartanemanaokulu.

O labirinto tem diâmetro de 110cm, altura de 8,5cm e as portas têm largura de 5cm. Foi cortado em uma Laser CNC de 900x600mm de área útil.

[ENG] The project was developed by the Makerspace team at Casa Thomas Jefferson. The result was a laser-cut cardboard maze with customizable challenges. The maze can be used together with a Sphero mini or manually manipulated with ping pong balls.

The inspiration for the project came from a manual work seen on the Instagram profile of @kartanemanaokulu.

The maze has a diameter of 110cm, a height of 8.5cm, and the doors have a width of 5cm. It was cut on a 900x600mm Laser CNC with useful area.

Em 2 folhas de papelão, corte as 4 peças da base, essas peças possuem 55cm de raio.

On 2 cardboard sheets, cut out the four pieces for the base. These pieces have a 55cm radius.

Una os quartos de círculo com fita crepe, reforçando com fita dos dois lados. Em seguida, junte as duas metades formando um grande círculo.

Join the quarters of the circle with masking tape, reinforcing with tape on both sides. Then, join the two halves to form a large circle.

Corte as quatro paredes externas do labirinto, deixando as nervuras (buracos) do papelão na vertical das paredes. Com o auxílio de uma fita crepe, curve as paredes para que elas fiquem naturalmente curvadas.

Cut the four outer walls of the maze so that the cardboard's ribs (small holes) are vertical to the walls. Using a roll, curve the walls so that they become naturally curved.

Una as paredes externas com a fita crepe formando uma parede contínua e encaixe os furos das paredes nas laterais do círculo, finalize unindo as peças de início e fim da parede externa.

Join the outer walls with duct tape forming a continuous wall and fit the holes of the walls into the sides of the circle, finally join the pieces at the beginning and end of the outer wall.

Corte a parede interna "A" de modo que os "nervuras" (pequenos furos) do papelão fiquem na vertical da parede.

Com a ajuda da fita crepe, curve a parede para que ela fique naturalmente arredondada.

Cut wall "A" in a way that the cardboard "nervuras" (small holes) are vertical on the wall.

Using the help of the duct tape roll, curve the wall so that it becomes naturally rounded.

Curve e encaixe as protuberâncias da parede interna "A" nos furos correspondentes do circulo interno do labirinto e, em seguida, una a extremidade inicial e final da parede usando fita crepe.

Curve and fit the protrusions of the inner wall "A" into the holes of the innermost circle of the maze and join the beginning to the end of the wall using duct tape.

Corte as duas paredes internas B do labirinto de forma a deixar as "nervuras" (buracos) do papelão na vertical da parede. Com o auxílio da fita crepe, enrole as paredes para que elas fiquem naturalmente curvadas.

Cut the two internal walls B of the labyrinth in a way that the "ribs" (holes) of the cardboard are left in a vertical position of the wall. With the help of the adhesive tape, roll the walls so that they are naturally curved.

Una as paredes com fita crepe, formando uma peça única, encaixando as protuberâncias da parede nos furos da base. Finalize unindo o início e o fim da parede com fita crepe.

Join the walls with duct tape, forming a single piece, and fit the protrusions of the wall into the holes in the base, and finish by joining the beginning and end of the wall with duct tape.

Corte as duas paredes internas C do labirinto de forma a deixar as "nervuras" (buraquinhos) do papelão na vertical da parede. Com auxilio do rolo de fita crepe, enrole as paredes para que elas fiquem naturalmente curvadas.

Join the walls with masking tape, forming a single piece and fit the protrusions of the wall into the holes of the base, then finish by joining the beginning to the end of the wall with masking tape.

Corte as três paredes internas D do labirinto de forma a deixar as "nervuras" (buraquinhos) do papelão na vertical da parede. Com auxílio do rolo de fita crepe, enrole as paredes para que elas fiquem naturalmente curvadas. Una as paredes com fita crepe, formando uma peça única. Encaixe as protuberâncias da parede nos furos da base e finalize unindo o início ao fim da parede com fita crepe.

With the help of the masking tape roller, roll the walls so that they naturally curve. Join the walls with masking tape, forming a single piece, and fit the wall protrusions into the base holes, finally joining the beginning and end of the wall with masking tape.

Cut and assemble the four walls E following the same instructions given before.

Planeje o desafio do labirinto e corte as portas necessárias para atravessar as paredes.

Caso abra uma porta errada, você pode fechar a porta usando fita crepe.

Plan the maze challenge and cut the necessary doors to cross the walls.

If you open the wrong door, you can close it using masking tape.

Corte as paredes de fim de caminho e encaixe-as no labirinto de acordo com o desafio que você imaginou.

Cut the dead end walls and fit them into the labyrinth according to the challenge you have imagined.

Para a pintura, recomendamos retirar as paredes da base para facilitar o acabamento, pintando as paredes separadamente da base.

For painting, we recommend removing the walls from the base to facilitate finishing, painting the walls separately from the base.
