Money Saving Box for Under $1.00

I made this money savings box for my girlfriend so she could put money into it and not be able to take the money out without destroying the box and would not take any money out until needed or saved up for the thing she wanted. Not being able to see how much money was in the box was also part of the surprise when you destroy the box in the end.

You will need
- cardboard box (I used a 6x6 box from Walmart that you can buy for about $0.50)
- scissors
- duct tape

Fold the cardboard into the box shape and start covering it in any duct tape you choose.

Using the scissors or some other cutting tool, cut a hole large enough to fit coins and dollars.

Now use your box to start saving money and when you're ready to see how much you've saved up, RIP OPEN THE BOX!
