Money Origami Plumeria Flower
In Asian folklore, the plumeria is believed to house ghosts and demons, and in Malaysia it's associated with vampires. It also happens to be one of the simplest flowers to fold since it only requires one bill.
How to create a flower out of a dollar bill, or any other US money, for that matter.

Supplies
1 Dollar bill note 2.6 inches x 6.1 inches, which is a 1:2.35 ratio. You can measure this and cut your paper to size accordingly.
Make a Horizontal Valley Fold
Fold the dollar note in half horizontally.
Make a crease will make your folds later easier
Fold the Corner Edges to Meet the Bottom Edge
Fold the two corner edges into the bottom egdes of the bill. These points will be the petals, so crease them well and make them as straight as you can.
Open the Bill
Open the bill and turn it over. After that fold the tip widewise and make a crease.
Fold the Edges Three Times
Now, make a crease and fold down the bill right above the tip.
You can put the bill down and press to make sure everything in order.
Make another fold back of the redundant paper parts
Petal Fold With Triangle's Edges
Open the triangle down.
Put your finger gently between two egdes and make a petal fold.
Repeat this step with the opposite side
Make the Flower Petals
Fold up the tip to the wide edge.
Here you can see the smaller triangle. Fold it to the center line
Open the crease and make the petal fold. Now you have the folower's petal
Repeat
Do the same with the other side
Lower Part
Open the lower part.
Fold end corners up to meet the center line. You are bisecting a 90 degree angle.
Make a Hook
Fold the model in half
Fold the corner up.
Make hook by fold the tip inside.
The Last Step
Open the model and here you are!
The flower's petals are a bit hard at the moment. Now you can use your finger or a pen to curve back the petal tip
