Measure out 6 cups of warm/hot water (or throw some in the microwave oven) and pour it in the mixer. Add 1/4 cup of instant yeast. Then add 8 cups of flour (We use whole wheat) into the bowl as well. Proceed to add 1/2 cup of Olive Oil and 1/2 cup of Honey. Turn the mixer on for about 30 seconds. Turn it off when the allotted time has ticked down and add 4 cups of flour and 2 tbsp of salt. Turn on the mixer and while it's mixing, add another four cups of flour SLOWLY. Once done, turn on a timer for about 9 minutes. That's your essential mixing time.

Don't Have Flour?

Don't have flour? Turn on your mill and measure out two large (not measuring) cups of wheat seed. Let that grind down. When it's finished, wait 5 seconds before turning it off. You should have a good 9 cups of flour.

Prepping the Dough.

Pour a small puddle of canola onto the cutting board. Spread it around til' it's nice and oily. Take the dough and put it onto the cutting board. Knead it like so: Fold it over, press it with the heels of your hands, and turn it sideways. Fold, press, and turn. Fold, press, and turn. Do this 2/3 times. Weigh it out in a scale, and divide the weight by 5. Get (5) pieces of dough that weigh that much. Then proceed to knead as above. Fold, press, and turn. Do this 4-6 times. Don't overwork it, please. It won't have that smooth texture you're looking for. When you're done, fold it over and use your thumbs to press it into itself. Set it aside and start on the next one.

Let the Dough Rise.

So when my mom and I made the bread, we (I) forgot to let the dough rise, and took no pics, :-(. The bread still did turn out well, though. So, for future reference, once you have your initial loaves, let the dough rise before putting it into the oven. Thanks.

You're finished with the dough. Preheat your oven to 350F and stick the bread in for 35 minutes.

Now you're finished! You can do whatever you want with your delicious bread! Sandwiches, Toast, we even take the dough, roll it out, and make pizza instead of bread! I hoped you guys liked this Instructable. Go have fun with your life, because I don't know how to close out the Ible. See you guys later, I guess.
