Materials and Tools
Mold star 20 t
Parts A
Parts B
2 clear containers
Tape
Scissors
Glue gun
2 Popsicle sticks
Cardboard box
Model


Choose

Choose any cardboard box that will allow your model that you're using to fit inside.

Cutting

Cut cardboard box to fit model size leave both sides of cardboard box open.

Taping

Tape the sides of box if necessary cover the bottom of the box with tape completely leaving one opening at the top of the box.

Glueing

Glue the model your molding to the bottom of the box( the bottom is the side covered with tape).

Mixing

(Mix both liquids thoroughly before use)
Pour liquid part A in one container.

Pouring

Pour liquid Part B in a separate container.

Combining

Combined equal amounts of liquid Parts A & B. (equal amounts)

Mixing

Mix liquid rubber contents thoroughly

Pouring

Pour over prepared model.

Curing

Let mold cure for about 30 minutes until it turns into a solid flexible rubber mold.

Demolding

Demold to reveal mold cavity. (if you have any access rubber feel free to cut it away with your scissors.)
