Model Train Wheelset

I created a Model Train Wheelset on Fusion because I was assigned by my teacher to make a cool and unquie instructable. I also picked a Model Train Wheelset because I've been fascinated by trains every sense I was little. This is a basic model of how it works.

Supplies

  1. 608 Series bearing x4
  2. 3D Printer (Filliment)

Organizing Your Parts

  1. Get all materials in order.



Pushing in Bearings and Connecting Them to the Frame

  1. Put all bearing in the bearing boxes and assembly the Bearing boxes on the frame of the model. They should have a snug fit onto the frame.

Connecting the Axle and Wheels P1

  1. Put two of your four wheels on both sides of one axel. The wheels should slide on a some resistance.

Connecting the Axel and Wheels P2

  1. Repeat step 3 on the other axle.

Lining Up the Wheels

  1. Line up the Axles+Wheels next to the frame and bearing boxes.

Connecting 1/2 of the Frame

  1. Push the bearing boxes into the axel holes for both sides.

Finish the Other Side

  1. Repeat step 6 with the other axle.
