Mocha Whipped Cream Stuffed Strawberries

Smooth creamy chocolate espresso whipped cream, piped into juicy ripe strawberries... pure decadence! Click here for more fun recipes and treat ideas!

Ingredients

1 tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
2-4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon espresso powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combine and place in the refrigerator while you prepare your strawberries. Rinse, dry and hull your strawberries with a sharp knife by cutting a cone shape out of each center. Cut off a piece of the tip so the strawberries can stand on their own.

Remove whipped cream from refrigerator and spoon into strawberries or pipe a swirl of whipped cream using a pastry bag, for a fancy presentation just before serving.
