First set the unit to inches and then make a square by 6 by 5 In.

Extrude the rectangular by 1 and fillet the edges by 0.25

Start a new sketch on the bottom of the square and make 4 square on the corner and set their side half an inch and also fillet them by 0.25 and then extrude them 4 inches.

Start a sketch on one of the leg and put the circle at the corners and set their dimension to 2IN and then extrude them by 1

Do the same thing in step 4
