Mixed Beans
Enjoy the mixed beans with homemade tortilla and chutney.
Ingredients
- Mixed Beans- 1 cup
- Onions- 1
- Salt- to taste
- Red Chili Powder
- Grinded Coriander Powder
- Dried Mango Powder
- Tumeric
- Cilantro
Boil the Beans
1. Soak the beans overnight
2. Drain the water
3. Boil in cooker
Fry the Onions
1. Fry the onions
2. Add tomato puree
3. Boil it/ let it simmer
4. Add all the spices and the beans
5. Let it simmer again for about 10 min
Mixed Cooked Beans
The beans are now cooked.
