Take the Zinc Wire, Its Thickness 5mm or Thicker to Have the Strong Base.
Roll it into the round, diameter 30cm to fold the bottom of the felt head on this wire.
Cut the 2 Parts of the Back of Head. Trace Them on the Good Felt and Cut Them Out.
Sew These 2 Parts With White Thread Using a Hidden Stitch Inside. at the Bottom of the Head, You Fold the Felt’s Edge Onto the Zinc Wire Round.
You can cut 2 layers of felt for each part, sew them together to stuff poly-fill. They look nicer.
Cut the 3 Parts of the Front of Head.
Sew the 3 Parts Together by Machine With White Thread Using the Hidden Stitch Inside. Fold the Felt’s Edge at the Bottom of Head Onto the Zinc Wire Round.
You can cut 2 layers of felt for each part, sew them together to stuff poly-fill
Cut the Felt Mouth and the Part Around the Mouth and Nose. Sew This Part on the Center of the Head.
Cut and Draw the Eyes on the Mesh Fabric, 100% Polyester to See Through When Wearing It.
Cut the Pink Felt Cheeks and Sew Them Like the Picture.
Use the Acrylic Paint to Draw the Eyelashes and Eyebrows,
Cut 2 Layers of Felt for Each Ear. Sew Them Together. Turn It Inside Out and Stuff Poly-fill.
You must make 2 ears.
Cut the 5-petal Flower and Trace It on the Felt. Cut 2 Layers of Felt. Sew Them Together. Turn the Flower Inside Out and Stuff Poly-fill.
Sew the Flower on the Right Ear. You Can Use the Acrylic Paint to Draw OM Lucky Symbol on the Flower.
Cut the Dot Blue Fabric Into the Rectangle, 33cm Long, 23cm High for the Bow.
Cut 2 layers, sew them together and stuff poly-fill. Take a fabric string to tie the center of the rectangle. You have the bow.
Cut the Pink Felt Headband.
Sew 2 Ears on the Head.
Sew the Headband and the Bow on the Top of Head.
Done. You Have Miss La Sen Felt Mascot Head.
