Mint Chocolate Brownie Sensational Sundae

Impress your friends or simply indulge yourself in the refreshing, rich, delectable Mint Chocolate Brownie Sensational Sundae. With a cool mint cream, thick decadent brownie and crunchy peanuts, this dessert will more than satisfy. Be prepared to for an immense amounts of compliments when making this for company! This recipe is very low priced, easy to make and feeds many! The preparations take less than an hour, and it can be stowed away until desired.

Ingredients/ Materials
Ingredients:
1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9 pan size)
3/4 cup peanuts (optional)
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons peppermint extract
2 eggs
4 drops green food coloring (optional)
2 cups heavy whipping crew, whipped
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 jar (16 ounces) hot fudge ice cream topping (warmed) *note: chocolate syrup can also be substituted for the hot fudge.
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Canola oil (pan spray)



Materials:
Two large bowls
Kitchen Aid *note: if you do not own one, a hand mixer will work just fine
13 x 9 inch pan
Spatula
Oven
Measuring cups
Freezer

The Brownie

The first step in creating this decadent dessert is creating the brownies.
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
-Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. (Add brownie mix, oil, two eggs and water) 
-Pour into greased baking pan. 
-Bake for 23-27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
-Cool on a wire rack. (5 mins)

The Cream

While the brownie is baking, start making the cream in a large bowl.
-Combine the sweetened condensed milk, mint extract and food coloring (if desired)
-Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips. (Whip the cream in a separate bowl with mixer and add 1/3 of bowl at a time into milk)

Almost done!
-Put the marvelous concoction into the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until desired.
-Once done, take it out and drizzle the chocolate syrup on top
-Add extra chocolate chips and the peanuts as well
