Mint Chip Chocolate Cake Batter Cookies

These are my Mint Chip Chocolate Cake Batter Cookies, created on a whim for a class project. I would like to thank my sister for helping me with the photography, and YOU for viewing this instructable.

Ingredients

- 1 box of mint chip cake or brownie mix

- baking soda

- 2 eggs

- blended or vegetable oil

Dry Ingredients

put the whole bag of mix, all of the mint chips, and one teaspoon of baking powder into one bowl. stir until mixed thoroughly.

The Wet Ingredients

in a separate bowl, pour a half a cup of vegetable oil and the two eggs, cracked.

Combining the Ingredients

pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until mixed thoroughly.

Making the Cookies

Set your oven for 350 degrees Fahrenheit. On 2 separate baking sheets put a spoon sized amount of batter on the sheet. disperse the batter evenly on the sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool afterwards.
