To make the filling you need

It is very easy to make the filling, first start by putting butter in a sauce pan on medium heat until all the butter is melted, then add the dry whole milk in and mix together do not wait it can burn at the bottom. After adding the filling start making the icing, all you need for the icing is

  1. 6 tablespoons of dry whole milk
  2. 6 tablespoons of sugar

  4. 1 1/2 tablespoon of Emulsifier

To make the delicious not too sweet icing first start by getting a stand mixer or a bowl and a whisk and put the dry whole milk and the sugar in the bowl and mixer together very little then add very cold water and the emulsifier into the bowl. Whisk together for 5-7 minutes or until fluffy and can stay on the whisk. The last step is to decorate the cupcake, put the icing into a plastic bag and cut a small hole into the side and pipe out into the cupcakes.

  1. To make the icing thicker add a little bit of more emulsifier for thicker icing.
