Start by creating a 15 x 15 x 4 light gray cylinder and maxing out the number of sides for smoothness. You will also need to maximize the number of bevels.

Next, you'll want to create a box big enough to surround the cylinder. Select hole and set its height to 3.25 and group the two objects (Ctrl + G).

These next few steps will add engravings to your piece.

Select the Workplane tool and click on the top of the object. You will then create two cylinders: one with dimensions 10.5 x 10.5 x 0.1 and another with dimensions 10.1 x 10.1 x 1 and with hole selected. Before you group the two cylinders to the center, you will want to move the hole cylinder a bit downwards. Finally, group the pieces and align them to the center of the other piece.

Now you'll create another cylinder with dimensions 8.5 x 8.5 x 0.1. Using the text tool, type what engravings you would like and adjust the dimensions to 2 x 2. Align the text to the center of the cylinder you just made (you may want to move the text upwards or downwards) and group them. Finally, align the grouped piece to the center of the rest of the piece and group them all.

Case Body

Now you'll create the watch body.

Select workplane and click anywhere on the existing workplane. You'll then create a black 21 x 21 x 12 cylinder and maximize its sides and bevel. Then create a box big enough to wrap the cylinder, select hole, and set the height to 9.5. Ensure that the cylinder is surrounded by the box and group them.

These next steps will create the lugs. Place the grouped object to the side and select extrusion under the Featured tab. Adjust the extrusion as shown in the reference photo. Then change its length to 4, width to 0.5, and height to 1.5. Make a copy of this piece and align it to the center end of the cylinder we made. Use your arrow keys to move the piece 5 units to the right and up 0.5 units. Repeat this process for the other extruded piece but to the left and then group the extruded parts. After this is done, select workplane and click on the inner side of one of the lugs. You'll then want to create two black cylinders: one with dimensions 0.5 x 0.5 x 9.5 and the other with dimensions 0.75 x 0.75 x 9. You'll also create a 9 x 1.5 x 0.05 black rectangle. Align and group the two cylinders so that the smaller one is in the center of the larger one, and then align the rectangle to the center of the grouped pieces. Create a copy of the final piece and rotate it 180 degrees. Place a rod between each of the lugs and group all of them.

Now is a good time to place the case back you've made in step 1 on top of the case body. To do so, you'll want to select workplane and click on top of the case body and then place and align the case back so that it's centered.

Next up is the crown. Select workplane once again and click on the left side of the case body. Towards the side, create two cylinders: one with dimensions 0.5 x 0.5 x 1.75 and the other with dimensions 0.7 x 0.7 x 0.75. Align and group both cylinders so that the smaller piece is centered and flush with the bigger piece on the left (see the reference photo for more clarification). Align the now finished crown to the outer end of the case body, move it 1 unit inwards, and change the color to black. Select everything and flip them 180 degrees.

Create a 19 x 19 cylinder and select hole. Align and group this piece to the top of the case body. Select Curved Words under the Shape Generators Featured tab and set the text to "|||||||||||||". Adjust the point size to 15, arc to 360, size to 17.46 x 17.46, and select hole. You'll then align the text to the center of the case body and move it 0.85 units downward. Group the text and the case body.

Now you'll create the hands. Select workplane and click on the inner circle part of the case body. Create a roof and rotate the shape so that the triangle face is pointing upwards. Adjust the dimensions so that the width is 1, the height is 2, and the depth is 0.2. Then create a cylinder with a diameter of 1.24 and a height of 0.2. Align both pieces to the center and move the cylinder 1-2 units downwards using the arrow key. Group the objects and change their color to light gray. Duplicate this piece and set it aside for now. Then create another roof and rotate it the same way as you did for the other roof piece, and adjust the dimensions to 1 x 6 x 0.2. Duplicate this piece and create a hole box that is big enough to remove a portion of the tip. Determine how much of the tip you want to remove and group them together (this will be called this piece 1). Duplicate the resulting piece and set it to hole. You will align and group this piece to the roof you duplicated earlier (this will be called piece 2). Then duplicate piece 2 and change it to hole. Change the height to 3 and align this to the middle bottom of piece 1 (refer to the image for more clarification). Finally, group and duplicate the resulting piece. You should have 6 pieces in total (see the reference image). The top piece will be called head, middle as body, and the bottom as tip.

Align and group the head to the middle of the body and move (the body) 2 units down using the arrow key. Then align the tip to the middle bottom of this piece. You'll also want to move the tip down 2.32 units change the color to whatever you want. You should have something similar to the reference image. You will temporarily group these two pieces, and then place them on top of the case body. Align this hand to the middle of the case body and move it 2 units down with the arrow keys. You can now ungroup the hand.

With the remaining 3 pieces, change the body to a height of 5 and repeat the same steps above. When aligning this to the case body, rotate the piece 90 degrees. To show 3 o'clock, move the hand 2.67 units up in the y-axis and then 0.2 units up in the z-axis. You should have something like in the reference photo.

Next, you'll create the "seconds" marker and hand. Create a cylinder with a diameter of 4.5 and a height of 0.2. Change the object to hole and maximize the sides. Align the cylinder to the center of the case body and then move it 4.5 units downward in the y-axis and 0.2 units downward in the z-axis. Group the case body and the cylinder. The case body should have a small circle engraved below the center of the hands. Select workplane and click on the small circle you just created. Under the Shape Generators Featured tab, click on the curved words. Set the text to "|||||||||||||", point size to 10, arc to 360, and adjust the dimensions to 4.38 x 4.38 x 0.1. Then align the text to the middle of the case body and move it 4.5 units downward in the y-axis. Change the color to blue. Now create a cylinder with a diameter of 0.5 and a height of 0.2. You will also create a 1.5 x 0.25 x 0.2 box. Align the box to the center of the cylinder. On the side, create a roof and rotate it so that the triangle face is pointing upwards. Change its dimensions to 0.25 x 0.5 x 0.2. Align the roof to the end of the box. For the finishing touch on the hand, create a cylinder with a diameter of 0.1 and a height of 0.1, and change it to hole. Align this cylinder to the center of the cylinder you made previously. Group all 4 pieces together and change the color to blue. Afterward, align this piece to the center of the case body and move it 4.5 units downward in the y-axis and 0.97 units to the right.

Watch Crystal

Hang in there, you're almost done.

To create the crystal, select workplane and click on the topmost of the case body. Then create a black cylinder with a diameter of 21 and a height of 5. You will want to maximize the sides and set the bevel to 1. Now create a hole box big enough to surround the cylinder and set the height to 4.5. Make sure that the box surrounds the cylinder and group the two objects. Then create a cylinder with a diameter of 19 and maximize the segments. Align and group this object to the center of the previous cylinder. Afterward, create another cylinder with a diameter of 19 and a height of 0.48. Set the color to white and transparent, and align this to the center of the previous object. You will want to highlight the two pieces and align them to the center of the case body.

The bands will be the last piece of the watch.

Start by selecting workplane and click on the upper flap of the lugs (see the first image for clarification). Create a 35 x 9 x 0.2 black box and place/align it onto one of the flaps. You may want to move the box so that the whole flap is covered. Then create a black cylinder with a diameter of 0.25 and a height of 9. You will also create a 5 x 0.3 x 0.1 black box and align this piece to the top middle end of the cylinder. Then create a 9 x 5 x 0.1 black box and align this to the middle-end of the previous box. Group all the pieces and align this to the end of the band. You can group the band and this piece.

Now you'll create the other band. Create a 55 x 9 x 0.2 black box and align this piece to the remaining flap. Then create a 9 x 4 x 0.1 black box, and a 7 x 3 x 0.1 hole box on the side. Align and group the hole box to the middle-end of the other box. Duplicate this piece. Move one copy 0.2 units upwards in the y-axis and the other 0.1 units downwards (also in the y-axis) and align them both to the end of the band (one piece should be under and the other above).

For the connector pieces, create a black 9.2 x 5.5 x 0.1 box and an extrusion similar to the one in the reference photo. Scale this extrusion down to a length of 5.5 and a height of 0.1. Rotate this piece 90 degrees on the x-axis and then duplicate. Then align and group the two pieces to the ends of the box. You may want to adjust the width of the box. Take note of the width and height of the extrusion pieces. Change the color to black and move it 0.1 units downward in the y-axis. Then align this piece to the center of the band (it can be at any location). Now create a black roof with a length of 9, and a width and height of double the measurements you've recorded. Create a box with the measurements you've recorded and select hole. Make the piece longer than the roof. Align this piece so that half of the roof is covered and group. Select workplane and click on the top of the roof. Create a 2 x 1 x 1 box and select hole. Align this to the middle top of the roof and move it slightly downwards in the y-axis and 1 unit downwards in the z-axis. Group the two pieces. Now select workplane and click on the top of the band. Change the color of the roof to black and align it in between the two pegs we've placed on the band. You may want to adjust the height of the roof to make it even with the two pegs. You can group all the pieces connected to the band(s).
