🛹Mini Tech Deck/fingerboard Skatepark🛹
Hello, I really love to play with fingerboards and thought that it would be a super cool idea to make my own skate park. So, I made this. It really is fun to play with and I hope that if you make one, you will enjoy it as much as i have.
This skatepark includes...
- Halfpipe
- 2 rails
- 2 stair rails
- spine
- launching ramp
- many little ramps
- a box to ollie on top of.
- many more little ramps
Enjoy!
Supplies
Supplies...
- carboard
- foamboard
- hot glue+glue gun
- corkboard(optional)
- popsicle sticks
- scotch tape
- patience
Make a Mini Ramp
For this skate park, you will need many little ramps. Here's how to do it...
Take some foam board and cut it into the shape of the side of the ramp
Next, make another side of the ramp
take cardboard and glue it on the ramp and glue ramp to large cardboard base.
Make a Rail
To make a rail you will need popsicle sticks. Cut them to the length that you prefer and then glue them together so that the rail is thick. Next, cover your rail in some scotch tape so that your fingerboard will slide smoothly on the rail.
Make Stairs
Now, this step is very difficult and requires patience. You will need to cut 10 1" by 5" pieces of cardboard. Next cut the side of the stairs. Be sure that your steps are 1" wide. Now, make another side. Next, glue the carboard onto the sides to make the actual steps. If you would like to add a rail to this you can see the previous step and figure out how to glue a rail onto the stairs.
Halfpipe
The halfpipe is pretty easy to make. First, make two ramps like step 1, but make them large. Then glue thee ends together and cover in corkboard if wanted. Easy right?
The Spine
The spine is like the halfpipe, but backwards, and a lot smaller. You will need to make two small, but tall ramps, and glue the backs together.
The Starting Ramp
This ramp is HUGE. You really just need to make a really tall and long ramp from step 1. Go ahead and add any decals or markings on it that you want.
Enjoy Your New Skatepark!
Have fun! Great work!
