Mini S'mores Pies

Oven(With broil setting)

Cupcake pan

Tablespoon(greased)

Oven mitt

Spoon

Baggy to crush graham crackers in

rolling pin to crush graham crackers with (if needed)

Bowl to mix cookie dough and graham crackers

Oil

Ingredients

Sugar cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)

Graham crackers (crumbled)

Hershey chocolate bars (Broken into pieces)

jars of marshmallow cream

Pre-Heating the Oven

Pre-Heat the oven to 350 degrees oven convection oven and 325 if you have a convection oven grease a Cupcake Pan with Oil or Pam. Crush up graham crackers and mix with cookie dough.

The Cookie Dough

Mix the sugar cookie dough with the crumbled graham crackers until the graham crackers are thoroughly mixed.

Filling the Cupcake Tins and Baking

Fill the greased cupcake pans about 3/4 of each spot with the cookie dough and graham cracker mixture. Grease the back of the tablespoon and press it into each tin that has the dough mixture, to make a well. Put the cupcake tin in the oven with the dough in them and bake for 10-12 minutes make sure you set a timer start it at 10 minutes then check them they should be a golden brown color. NOT DARK BROWN OR BLACK.Use an oven mitt to remove hot cupcake tin

Use an oven mitt to remove hot cupcake tin. Use measuring spoon again to dent the dough again. While the crust is still hot put your broken chocolate into the middle. Let melt then smooth with the back of your measuring spoon again. Fill a piping bag with the marshmallow cream. Pipe the marshmallow into each crust. Set the oven to broil then put cupcake tin back into the oven. For about 2 minutes to brown the marshmallow on top. You can add a piece of chocolate on top.
