Mini Powerful Audio Amplifier Using BC337 and BC327
Here in this article we are going to see the full designed practical and working operation of audio amplifier using BC337 and BC327. Basically an audio amplifier is an electronic amplification sound base system module which receivers the signal generating input and modifies it to the specific range of modulation set by the user to get output. The loud speakers and headphones uses this type basic audio amplifiers using BC337 and BC327 for the amplification of signals because of compatible designed and easy to use fabrication.
This type of transistors make circuit so simple and easy to understand if any error happens. And thereby easy replacement with simple alternative’s is possible.
Principle
Audio amplifiers are used in wide range of engineering and electronic applications because of the easy to use designed and compatible connections. They amplify the audio generated signal frequency with best clarity sound amplifications. The receiver receives the input signal from the source simulation and gives the modulated generated signal frequency. So let’s go in deeper to understand the practical experiment and make our own project audio amplifier using BC337 and BC327 transistor.
Components Required
BC337 Transistor NPN
BC327 Transistor PNP
100k Resistor
470uf Capacitor
4-9 Volts power supply
Aux Cable
4-8 Ohm Speaker
Connecting wires
Circuit Diagram
Step by Step Procedure
1. Take the transistors BC337, BC327 as shown in the figure below
2. Connect emitter of BC337 to the collector of BC327 with the soldering iron flux.
3. Now take 100k Ohm resistor and connect emitter terminal of the transistor BC327 with the base terminal of BC337.
4. Short circuit the base and collector terminals of the transistor BC327 and BC337
5. Connect 470uF Capacitor from base of BC337 and connect emitter and collector coupled terminal of the transistor as shown in the figure
6. Connect the other end of the Aux wire with capacitor terminal of the transistor and do the connection of 4-8 Ohm Speaker
7. Connect one of the terminal of speaker to the emitter of BC327
8. Power supply is connected to the left out terminals of the transistor
9. Connect Aux cable to our source generating signals (smart phone, laptop, or any other electronic gadget)
10.Now you have successfully created your audio amplifier which can be easily control with your power source.
