For that, you'll need two sheets of dough, one box of ratatouille and an egg for glazing.

As regards the material, you’ll need one dough cutting mould, two shapes in one mould; a lattice pastry roller for giving your dough a classic lattice finish; and a smooth roller for cutting dough from the top of the mould.
