Mini Macrame Tree

A quick and easy craft for the holidays

Supplies

6 Yards of twine or yarn
1 Wooden bead
Scissors

Step 1: Cutting

Cut 6 yards of your material into 20 8-9 inch pieces leaving 1 yard of material left.

Step 2: Tying

Fold your long piece in half and make a knot at the top about 1 inch down. Add a wooden bead

Step 3: Weaving

Take 2 short pieces and put one on the bottom, one on the top (look at picture). Weave them into each other and pull tight.
Repeat for rest of the pieces.

Step 4: Cutting

Cut off the excess material and cut the branches to form a triangle.

Tip: unbraid the material to have a fluffier end product.
