Mini Hat Decoration/Ornament

Hello guys! Today, I am going show you how to make a cute hat decoration.

Yarn (We will need a lot)

Toilet paper rolls

Scissors

First, measure a piece of yarn 30cm long. Then cut it. There is no exact amount for how many you will need. If your yarn is thick, you would need less. If it's thin, you will need more. Start off with cutting ten 40 cm long pieces of yarn. Make more as you go. Then, take your toilet paper roll and cut them into 1.5 cm pieces

This is the hardest step. Learning how to do the knot. First, bend the yarn in half making a loop at one end. Then, put is through the yarn that is bent in half through the toilet paper roll. Put the ends of the string through the loop and pull tightly. Do that until the toilet paper roll is covered.

Now, you got the whole toilet paper roll covered, push the yarn through the toilet paper roll so its inside out. Cut a small piece of yarn 10 cm long and tie it around where you want your pompom to be. Then, cut the top shorter. If you want this to be an ornament, cut a piece of yarn 20 cm long and fold it in half. Then, tie that onto the bottom of the pompom. Make sure it makes a loop. After that, stuff the inside with tissues or tissue paper. Lastly, hang it on your tree!
