Mini Hand Drill Machine

Hello friends, so in this instructable we are going to make a mini hand drill machine.

As the hand drill is very usefull in many diy projects so making it on your own is a fun way for a hobbist .

1. 1.5inch PVC pipe * 2 pieces

2. 555rpm DC motor

3. Connecting Wires

4. DC jack

5. Mini Drill Chuck kit

6. 12v Adapter

1.Take the pvc pipes and join them using glue stick.

2. Mark on it so that it is easy to cut out that portion

1. Place the motor inside the pvc pipe.

2. Do connections on its terminals

1. Place a cardboard piece on another end

2. Place a DC jack on the that end

3. Connect those motor terminals to a DC jack.

Connect the drill chuck over the rotor end using allen key

Connect the drill bit to chuck using chuck key

Connect the 12v power supply to it and check the output result.
