Mini Deep Dish Pizzas
Hi folks, I'm a big fan of deep dish pizza - so much so that we honeymooned in Chicago (yeah, I'm a dork).
I was super excited to hear about mini deep dish pizzas a while back and I made my own in my muffin pan. We started making these all of the time until we gained 5-10 lbs each (i'm not joking). What I love is how EASY they are to make - because I'm not exactly a chef. My mini pizza tutorial is available here.
Despite the weight gain, these are delicious - and would probably be awesome to make for a party (I wouldn't know because we have a 6 month old son and no longer have or go to parties haha).
