Mini Shelf Concept

I’m making a mini bookshelf for all your mini book needs. It’s a really simple design and you only need two things.

This can be used for a doll house display etc.

I need your votes cause I’m entering my first contest!!

For the mini bookshelf you will need:

1. A box
2. Scissors
3. Tape or glue (optional)
4. A helper (optional)

It can be any size or different shelf designs but I’m going to be doing a simple design.

First cut off the box flaps. The two longer strips will be the sides and the shorter strips are the top and bottom.

Next make the pieces. You might want to make them shorter and skinnier depending on what you are using them for. Make four pieces the same size. Then cut two a little bit shorter.

Now you need to make notches in the cardboard where they come together.

Try to copy the pictures above.

These will be the sides and the top and bottom shelves.

Now we are going to create the shelves.

The longer two will go up as the sides and the shorter two as the shelves.

It will fit sort of like the first picture.

Then you need to put them together like the second picture. If it doesn’t fit you might need to go back to step 3 and redesign the parts.

Now you can put it to use.

It might not look the best fo display but it works as a doll house decoration!

Now you and your helper can refuel! Food courtesy of mom and a certain fast food place we all love. Lol

Edit: it can’t support real books tho only tiny books for decoration or something. This is just a concept but you can make a bigger wooden one using this as plans if you’d like.
