Mini Cabin House

This is a mini cabin house made out of wood sticks. We decided to make this because it fit the description of the contest and we liked the architectural design. We also wanted to make this because we thought that is was cute and simple.

In this instructable we are going to share every step of how we designed and built this tiny home.

The materials we needed to build the house include:

1. Dowel sticks
2. Glue
3. Wood planks
4. Paint

We planned on making a house that was tiny, cozy, and minimal. We started looking on multiple different apps for inspiration. Once we found the perfect choice we started on the sketch and dimensions of the house.

One main requirement for the frame is that it is of a lightweight, the dowel sticks we would use would provide great sturdiness with not much weight.

The second step in our tiny house was to begin building the frame.

How to build the frame:

1. Cut the correct size and number pieces of wood you will need.
2. Next glue the pieces of wood together and let dry.
3. Then elevate the flooring by half an inch.
4. Next build up about 5 inches for the walls.

Next for the walls we glued together individual dowel sticks to create walls. Then cut the walls to insure the correct measurements. Finally we glued the walls to the frame to complete the structure.

Then you paint and glue the door.
