(Sorry the pic doesn't have all the ingredients in it)
Preparing
Turn your oven on (150 C or 300 F) and line a baking tray with paper.
Wet Ingredients + Sugar
First, mix your egg, oil and sugar in a bowl. Add your vanilla essence. (Mix with a whisk).
Dry Ingredients.
Next add in the flour, cornflour, and milk powder. Also mix in the baking powder; make sure the 1/2 teaspoon isn't quite full to the top and its just bellow the rim.
Mix, Mix, Mix
Mix it all with a spoon till it pulls together into one. You can use your hands too for this step.
Roll Them
Take your mix and take bits and roll it into a ball. A little bit larger than a marble. Place them on your baking tray. WARNING: the mix is quite sticky and this takes a while.
Coating Them
Using a pastry brush coat the tops of the balls in milk or water. You an also use egg for this too.
You can put some chocolate chips or sprinkles on them now or you can place them on top while they're hot out the oven.
Oven/Decorating
Pop them in the oven for 15 minutes, when done; like I said earlier you can put on your decorations now, while they're still hot. I also decorated mine using a skewer and black food coloring and drawing little faces on them!
Done!
Great Job your done! Thanks for reading hope you enjoyed it.
