Tape
And a plastic container

Cutting a Hole
For this step we are going to cut a hole like shown above with the help of something hot like a hot screwdriver or a nail.
Cutting the Balloon
Cut the balloon near the middle.
Wrapping the Balloon
Wrap the balloon around the container.
Securing the Balloon
Secure the balloon with some tape.
Decorating
Decorate the container with tape.
Finished!!
Your air vortex cannon is finished pull back the balloon to shoot air.congratulation your air vortex cannon is officially finished!!! :)
