Milk Cap Guitar Picks
Have you ever looked around and said "where are all my picks?" Or "man I don't want to buy or wait for my picks to arrive". This instructable is meant for someone who owns a pick punch but doesn't want to buy material for it. I will be posing another tutorial on making picks out of different materials without a pick punch.
Materials and Preparation
This is a very simple project all you will need is as follows.
Plastic bottle caps (I used milk bottle caps because of the thickness and size)
Razor blade exacto knife or other sharp knife
A pick punch (you can also trace the shape from another pick and use scissors

Cutting
I've drawn a black line showing where to cut. Once this is done you will have a sheet of thin plastic.
Punch It
Once you have the thin sheet line it up in the press and make your pick.
Finishing
This is optional but will help in the long run. I use sand paper to remove any burs or sharp edges.
Done
You can now customize and rock out with your new guitar picks.
