Microwave Egg Bake

Every morning I am constantly faced with the struggle of making a good, healthy breakfast in the time I have before going to school. Cereal keeps me full for about 20 minutes, and I never have time to make a big breakfast.

Today, I am going to show you how I have saved myself from small, time-consuming, and nasty breakfasts forever!

It takes about 5 minutes, is delicious, and can be customized to any taste buds!

Ingredients

To make the egg bake all you really need is eggs, milk, and salt and pepper, but to make it taste better, you can choose from a wide array of ingredients such as:

  • tomatoes
  • cheese
  • ham
  • turkey
  • sausage
  • bacon
  • peppers
  • onions
  • the list goes on and on

Grease It Up!

Oil the mug so that it has a thin layer of coating, but too much will make your eggs taste like oil, so spray some in, then take a napkin or paper towel and wipe it around to take off excess oil.

Add Your Ingredients!

Add the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper to the mug. Whisk away with your fork until well mixed.

If your other ingredients contain liquid, like tomatoes, try using less milk so there isn't too much liquid.

Add all of your extra ingredients. Make sure you make them into as small chunks as possible.

Bake(Microwave) It!

Nuke your mixture on about 50% or 75% power.

Every microwave is different so this is where you'll have to experiment.

Cook it for 45 seconds, then take it out and mix it.

Cook it for another 45 seconds, and take it out and see if there is much liquid left. If there is, cook it in batches of 30 seconds until it becomes solid and there is no or very little liquid leftover.

Enjoy Your Delicious Breakfast!

This is my typical breakfast most days.

The egg bake and milk gives me energy till lunch, so I am not constantly snacking.

You can put in on toast as well, which is incredibly good.

However you choose to eat it, I'm sure it will be good! If it is, let me know in the comments.
