Micro:bit Rubber Band Cannon
This could be the "modern" version of the classic clothes peg used to shoot the rubber bands.
Nothing fancy, but my students enjoyed it very much.
Supplies
square plastic conduit ( for cannon)
Battery hold (4 X 1,5v AA or AAA)
Micro:bit Breakout (edge connector any version)
the assembly is very simple, once the pan-tilt is mounted, I used an electric square plastic conduit as a cannon, a hole is made to insert the SG90.
Secure on the pan-tilt with a screw or two.
The connection of the wires is very simple, it is even shown by the micro: bit editor (or see the image).
Better to use a supplementary battery to give more energy to the SG90
the software has to enter the coordinates for the elevation angle and the direction on the X axis.
the total movement is 120 ° , 5 ° for each step.
