A collegue of mine gave me some little apples (micro-apples!). I decided to do my cat cake :)

Cat cake is a very simple receipe my mom told me years ago. The cat shaped baking stamp was a gift from my mom.

Using the glass (or mug) as measure, put 3 glass of flour and 2 of sugar in the bowl. Mix, add a pinch of salt and the yeast. Mix again.

Eggs and Milk

Add the eggs one glass of milk. Mix really well.

Apples

Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. They don't need to be too little.

Put the waste of the apple in the apposite recycle bin ;D

Apples in the Dough

Put the pieces in the dough and mix. Yes, they will seem too much for the dough, but it is right.

Butter

Grease the baking stamp with the soft butter. This is an essential operation, if you do not grease the sramp really weel the cake will not come out when the cake is done.

Stamp

Put the dough in the stamp. Put it in the oven, I do not pre-heat the oven because in the time to get the right temperature the dough will rise. :)

Bake it for more or less 20 minutes at 180°C = 356°F.

Yum!

It's done! The cat cake is ready to be eat!

You can add all the ingredients you want: hazels, walnuts, pine nuts, raisin, pineapples, candied fruits, and so on.

If you prefer a cake with more dough, or need a bigger cake, use a mug instead of a glass.

Enjoy!

Goodbye!
