Install Metal Film Resistor

1>.Step 1: Install 5pcs 510ohm Metal Film Resistor at R5,R13,R14,R17,R18. Its color is green/brown/black/black/brown.
2>.Step 2: Install 4pcs 100ohm Metal Film Resistor at R7,R8,R11,R12. Its color is brown/black/black/black/brown.
Install Metal Film Resistor

3>.Step 3: Install 3pcs 5.1Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R2,R4,R6. Its color is green/brown/black/brown/brown.
4>.Step 4: Install 2pcs 1Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R9,R10. Its color is brown/black/black/brown/brown. Note: Screen printing 510ohm ignored.
Install Metal Film Resistor

5>.Step 5: Install 2pcs 10Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R1,R25. Its color is brown/black/black/red/brown.
6>.Step 6: Install 2pcs 200ohm Metal Film Resistor at R15,R16. Its color is red/black/black/black/brown.

7>.Step 7: Install 1pcs 2Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R28. Its color is red/black/black/brown/brown.
8>.Step 8: Install 1pcs 1Mohm Metal Film Resistor at R3. Its color is brown/black/black/yellow/brown.
Install 1N4148 Diode & IC Socket

9>.Step 9: Install 2pcs DO-35 1N4148 Diode at D1,D22. Pay attention to the installation direction. There is a black mark on 1N4148 and a white mark on PCB which are used to confirm the installation direction.
10>.Step 10: Install 4pcs DIP-8 IC Socket at U1,U2,U3,U4.There is a mark(notch) on one end of the IC Socket and there is a mark(curved silk screen printing) on PCB where the IC Socket can place on.These two marks are corresponding to each other and are used to specify the installation direction of IC Socket .
Identify the Positive(anode) and Negative(cathode) Lead of LED

11>.Step 11: Identify the positive(anode) and negative(cathode) lead of LED.The leads of the LED must be installed correctly, otherwise the LED cannot be turned on.Here are four methods as following:
11.1>.According to the length of the LED lead to distinguish. The longer pin is positive(anode) lead. The shorter pin is negative(cathode) lead.
11.2>.Identify the negative(cathode) of the LED is to look into the plastic case where one can see that the negative(cathode) is much thicker/bigger inside the plastic case than the anode lead.
11.3>.Identify by edge of plastic case.The negative(cathode) lead of the LED should be the pin nearest the flat on the plastic case.
11.4>.Test by 3V battery or multimeter.The pin is positive(anode) lead which has connect to the positive of 3V if LED can light up after connect 3V power supply.(LED should not be powered directly from the 3V for a short time:less then 0.5second)
11.5>.It is positive(anode) where the white mark ‘ + ’ pointing to on PCB.
Install Pink LED

12>.Step 12: Bend LED pin to 90 degrees as showing.Pay attention to bending point and bending direction.
13>.Step 13: Install 4pcs 5mm Pink LED at D2,D3,D4,D5.
Install Blue & Green LED

14>.Step 14: Install 4pcs 5mm Blue LED at D6,D7,D8,D9.
15>.Step 15: Install 4pcs 5mm Green LED at D10,D11,D12,D13.
Install Electrolytic Capacitor

16>.Step 16: Install 1pcs 4.7uF Electrolytic Capacitor at C4. There is a white mark on PCB silk screen printing where the negative(cathode) can insert into.The shorter lead is negative(cathode) pole. Note: The capacitor needs to be placed horizontally.
17>.Step 17: Install 1pcs 100uF Electrolytic Capacitor at C2. There is a white mark on PCB silk screen printing where the negative(cathode) can insert into.The shorter lead is negative(cathode) pole. Note: The capacitor needs to be placed horizontally.
Install Capacitor & MIC Microphone

18>.Step 18: Install 2pcs 0.1uF 104 Monolithic Capacitor at C1,C3.
19>.Step 19: Install 1pcs 9.7mm MIC Microphone at MIC.Please distinguish between positive and negative pole. Note:The marked pin is negative pole.
Install Potentiometer & Amplifier

20>.Step 20: Install 1pcs 1Mohm Potentiometer at RP. Note: It needs to be installed on the other side of the PCB.
21>.Step 21: Install 4pcs DIP-8 LM358 Amplifier at U1,U2,U3,U4.There is a gap mark on one end of the IC and there is a gap mark on DIP-8 IC Socket where the IC can place on.These two marks are corresponding to each other and are used to specify the installation direction of the IC.
Install PH2.0-2P Wire

22>.Step 22: Install 1pcs PH2.0-2P Wire at CZ on the PCB back. Note: Red wire connect to ‘ + ’ pad and black wire connect to ‘ - ’ pad. Otherwise, the LED spectrum board will be damaged.
Fix Copper Pillar Screw

23>.Step 23: Fix 2pcs M3*5+6mm Copper Pillar Screw on LED board by 2pcs M3 Nut.
Connect PH2.0-2P Wire to 4ohm 3W Speaker

24>.Step 24: Connect PH2.0-2P Wire to 4ohm 3W Speaker. Red wire connect to ‘ + ’ pad.
Crimp 15cm Wire to Form a Spring Shape As a FM Antenna

25>.Step 25: Crimp 15cm Wire to form a spring shape as a FM Antenna. Then install it on Bluetooth Receiver.
Tear Off the Protective Film on the Surface

26>.Step 26: Tear off the protective film on the surface of the acrylic boards.
Fix DC-005 Power Socket

27>.Step 27: Fix 1pcs DC-005 Power Socket by its nut on acrylic board.
Fix Red/Black Switch on Acrylic Panel

28>.Step 28: Fix 1pcs Red/Black Switch on acrylic panel. Pay attention to the buckle on the switch, which can be fixed by itself.Pay attention to the installation direction.
Cut About 3cm Red Wire to Connect DC-005 Power Socket and Red/Black Switch.

29>.Step 29: Cut about 3cm red wire to connect DC-005 Power Socket and Red/Black Switch.Pay attention to their pin selection and can not choose to connect other pins.
Connect PH2.0-2P Wire to DC-005 and Red/Black Switch

30>.Step 30: Connect 1pcs 15cm PH2.0-2P Wire to DC-005 and Red/Black Switch. The red wire connect to Switch and the black wire connect to DC-005 Power Socket. Refer to the wiring location shown if the wire is in another color.
Fix LED Spectrum Board

31>.Step 31: Fix LED spectrum board on another acrylic board by 2pcs M3*5mm Screw.
Fix Bluetooth Receiver

32>.Step 32: Fix Bluetooth Receiver on acrylic board by 2pcs M3*6mm Screw and 2pcs M3 Nut.
Fix 4ohm 3W Speaker on Acrylic Board

33>.Step 33: Fix 4ohm 3W Speaker on acrylic board by 4pcs M3*6mm Screw and 4pcs M3 Nut. Pay attention to the installation direction of screws.
Fix 1pcs 4ohm 3W Speaker on LED Acrylic

34>.Step 34: Fix 1pcs 4ohm 3W Speaker on LED acrylic by 2pcs M2*10mm Screw and 2pcs M2 Nut.
Fix Another 4ohm 3W Speaker on LED Acrylic Board

37>.Step 37: Connect two speaker wire plug to J7,J8 white socket and LED wire plug to anyone of J1~J4 white socket at Bluetooth Receiver.

38>.Step 38: Fix TOP acrylic board by 4pcs M2*10mm Screw and 4pcs M2 Nut.
Connect PH2.0-2P Plug

39>.Step 39: Connect PH2.0-2P plug from Red/Black Switch to red socket on Bluetooth Receiver.
Fix the Last Acrylic Board

40>.Step 40: Fix the last acrylic board by 4pcs M2*10mm Screw and 4pcs M2 Nut.
