We are going to make simple ghosts. You only need to ingredients but it does take time for them to be ready.

Supplies

- 2 eggs

- 125 gramms of sugar

Step 1: Whip/mix the Eggs

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks.

Whip the egg whites until they harden. Gradually add sugar. If you want to make them for more people just use the same parts - for every egg white add 63 grams of sugar.

Mix with a mixer until it is hard - you can tilt the container to see if it moves inside. If it stays you can move on to the next part.

Step 2: Making the Shapes

Now we must make a ghost shape out of these. I used specially made bags for this but you can use a spoon or a regular bag that you cut a hole in it.

If you're using a bag you can make circles and add them up to get a really nice effect.

If you don't like ghosts you can make smiley faces or other drawings with this.

Step 3: the Baking

Once you have the desired shapes you need to put them into the oven at about 80 degrees Celsius. The baking time is different depending on size and shape - it can take up to 3 full hours. You can try to poke the shapes with a toothpick or a fork to see if they are soft and even try to eat one to see if it is hard in the middle.

Step 4: the Decorating

You can melt some baking chocolate and use a toothpick for the faces or you can use some chocolate sprinkles. Use your imagination and enjoy the best party treat ever!
