I made the merang cookies and this is very dealicious and kid love it
Supplies
1.2 eggs
2.suger
3.vanila assence
4.white vinegar
5.fruit colour

First of all i was took 2 eggs ( the white part of egg) then i mix it very well. For as long as it swells.

then i took 1 cup suger and after a while i mix sugar and white part of eggs.

I will continue to mix it untill there is a shiny feeling in it.

You can see how shiny it is and how much it swells.

Then i bake it 100C/215F for 1 hour 20 minutes

after bake it , it's ready for eat
