Meet the LOKLiK IPrinter™ DTF-A3-XP600 – Your Ultimate Crafting Partner!

Take your DIY projects to the next level with the LOKLiK iPrinter™ DTF-A3-XP600, an ultra-versatile DTF (Direct to Film) printer designed for vibrant, high-quality prints on various fabrics. Whether you're customizing T-shirts, tote bags, or home décor, this printer delivers precision, efficiency, and ease of use—all in a stylish Bubble Blue or Daisy White finish.
What Is DTF Printing?

DTF printing, or Direct to Film printing, is a technique where a full-color design, including white ink, is printed directly onto a film. A powder adhesive is then applied and cured, creating a ready-to-press transfer that can be heat-applied to various surfaces, such as fabric or garments.
DTF printing does not require any cutting, weeding, or marrying.
The LOKLiK iPrinter™ DTF-A3-XP600, a newly launched desktop DTF printer, provides a compact and efficient solution for home-based T-shirt makers seeking professional-quality DTF printing in limited spaces.
How It Works: Simple 4-Step DTF Printing Process

You can operate the LOKLiK iPrinter™ DTF-A3-XP600 in just four easy steps:
Step 1: Print onto the Film
Start by setting up your design using RIIN software (a RIP software used for processing digital images in DTF printing). Before printing, ensure your PNG file has a spot channel and export it as TIFF. Once your design is ready, print it directly onto the DTF film.
Step 2: Apply the DTF Powder
After printing, sprinkle DTF powder onto the film to create a strong bond between the design and fabric. This step helps prevent pinholes and ensures a smooth, professional finish.
Step 3: Cure the Powder
To activate the adhesive properties, the powder must be melted on the film before transferring the design. Check if it's fully cured by touching the surface—if it feels smooth and even, it's ready for the next step.
Step 4: Heat-Press the Design
Finally, place the film onto the fabric and heat-press it on a flat surface. The heat ensures a seamless transfer with long-lasting durability. Once done, your design is permanently set, and you can admire your vibrant, professional-quality print!
