Meditrian Pasta Fritatta
this is a yummy and very tasty pasta dish.
Ingredients
1 cup boiled pasta
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
4 boiled potatoes
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
5 to 6 eggs
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon soya sauce
Salt to taste

Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and fry it until it becomes golden brown. Now add mushrooms, green chilli, capsicum, tomatoes, and mix well and let it for few minutes.
Now add chilli powder,salt and cook it well.
Then put boiled pasta in it and mix it well. When the pasta gets cooked well then switch off the gas.
Take eggs in a bowl and mix them well.
Take a non stick pan and put light butter in it.
Cut sliced and rounded shaped boiled potatoes Now put potato pieces in the pan.
Then put pasta after this, pour torn eggs. Now cover the pan and cook it on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
Put a plate on the pan and then roll over the pan on the plate. Now turn the frittata out of the plate and turn it into the pen and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes and serve hot with sauce.
