This sandwich is a fresh, delicious, and nutritious snack for anyone who's looking for something easy and fun to make.

Supplies

You need a few simple items:

- 1 Pound of raw salmon.

- 1 Tablespoon of capers.

- 1 Washed tomato.

- A few leaves of red lettuce.

- 2 Bagel halves. (Any type will do, but my favorite is an everything bagel.)

- 5 Olives. (Again, any type is fine.)

- A quarter cup of plain cream cheese.

Prepare!

Before jumping in, there are a few things you must do. First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees, then once the oven is ready cook the salmon for about 10 minutes.

While the salmon is cooking, take the opportunity to lightly toast your bagel halves, and slice your tomato into 3-4 pieces.

Cut the Salmon!

Once the salmon is done, take it out and let it cool for about 10 minutes. During this time, take your sliced tomato, lettuce, and olives, and neatly arrange them on a plate. (You will use them later on your sandwich.)

After that, cut the salmon into about four length-wise pieces. Then, transfer the salmon to the plate with your olives, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Prepare the Bagel!

Now, take your bagel out of the toaster, and slather cream cheese on both halves.

Then, lightly sprinkle capers on the creamy halves.

Finally, transfer your bagel to your plate with the salmon, lettuce, olives, and tomatoes.

Almost Done!
