Hello friends,

Generally, I don't prefer to eat beetroot in the form of salad, but these beetroot patties are perfect way to eat the healthy beetroot.

Beet root is super low calorie with only 60 calories per cup 13 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of fibres. Health benefits of beetroot include detoxifyging body, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, improving heart health and stamina and boosting brain. It becomes great when we covert such a beneficial item more tastier and I consider making Patties out of it to be the best option. Also, it is healthy snack along with giving satisfaction to stomach. 😁😋
