Ingredients
crepes
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 tsp. of canola or vegetable oil
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. of granulated sugar

The Rest
10 strips of bacon
2 5/8 oz of chorizo
2 3/4 oz of bison
10 5/8 oz of ground beef
3 tbsp of bread crumbs
2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
cheddar cheese(shredded)
mozzarella cheese(shredded)
Crepe Part
mix the eggs, milk, flour, vegetable oil, vanilla, and sugar in a medium-sized bowl
Crepe Part 2
pour into skillet and cook on one side for 1 minute and then flip it and cook the other side for around 25 seconds
Bison and Chorizo
cook the bison and chorizo together for around 2-3 minutes on medium heat in a skillet and keep mixing as cooking
Eggs
next, take the chorizo and bison and put it in a separate bowl for later. then you want to mix up an egg in a small bowl and put it in the pan that you just cooked the chorizo and bison in and cook it on medium for about 4 minutes.
next, take you beef and put it in the large bowl and mix with your salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and an egg
next, layer your bacon out on to a sheet of wax paper and then spread the beef onto the bacon
now layer your cheeses on tho the beef
then you want to layer the crepe on top of the cheese
now place the chorizo-bison mix and eggs onto the crepe
now roll it up(use any extra bacon to cover holes) and place onto a deep dish oven pan(if you want to sprinkle some brown sugar on top before placing it into the oven) and put in the oven at 400 degrees for 55 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, you want to set the oven to broil.
