Measuring Tape Bracelet

I've been 3D modelling across multiple platforms and have recently moved to Tinkercad which is defiantly my favourite. As I saw this project come up I knew I needed a unique design to have a shot of winning. This design would be very handy for me and many other people. And with the creativity of 3d printing this can be suited to virtually anyone's preferences.

Supplies

I have used Tinkercad for the design process and would use a 3d printer for production

The Braclet

Step 1.png

Building this is is simple and is just a case of hollowing out (Darker shaded area) and building the skeleton of the bracelet.

The Tape Measure's Slot

After grouping these two, you should make another cut out suited for your measuring tape whether its a 3d printed one or not.

Support and Encasing

Step 3.3.png

This step is reserved for making sure the measuring tape will fit snug within the boundaries of the bracelet. At first it may look funny but once grouped works a treat. If you are following this method, make sure to leave gaps for the tape measure.
