Maztah Pancakes - It's Passover Time!
Passover can be a time where it's hard to find good food. Today we are going to teach you how to make some great Matza Pancakes/Brai to make your Passover a bit tastier.
Ingredients
Food Ingredients
- 12 (recommended for 4-6 people) Pieces of Matzah
- 1 egg per 2 Matzahs
- Milk
- Salt & Pepper - Seasoning
- Oil
Supplies
- Glass Bowl
- Stove
Crushing
Wash your hands with soap, then crush the Matzah in a glass bowl until it is in very small pieces like in the picture.
Adding the Milk and Eggs
For 12 Matzahs add 1 and a Quarter cup ~ until Matzah gets soft and moist.
Then add 6 eggs for 12 Matzahs or more or less depending on the number of matzahs you are using.
Mix thoroughly.
Seasoning
Sprinkle a pinch or two of salt and pepper - don't add too much. Mix until evenly spread.
Cook It
Grab a handful and mush it into a pancake and put it onto a pan with oil on it. We use a vegetable oil spray.
Put the stove on medium heat and cook until the bottom is brown then flip it. Once its done let it sit for a bit to cool down before eating.
EATING IT!!!
Add some chocolate spread, cheese, jam, or sugar to add flavor and enjoy.
Please vote for this project if you think it's good we are just 2 brothers in Middle and High School trying to make your Passover a bit yummier.
Happy Passover!
