Maztah Pancakes - It's Passover Time!

Passover can be a time where it's hard to find good food. Today we are going to teach you how to make some great Matza Pancakes/Brai to make your Passover a bit tastier.

Ingredients

Food Ingredients

  1. 12 (recommended for 4-6 people) Pieces of Matzah
  2. 1 egg per 2 Matzahs
  3. Milk
  4. Salt & Pepper - Seasoning
  5. Oil

Supplies

  1. Glass Bowl
  2. Stove

Crushing

Wash your hands with soap, then crush the Matzah in a glass bowl until it is in very small pieces like in the picture.

Adding the Milk and Eggs

For 12 Matzahs add 1 and a Quarter cup ~ until Matzah gets soft and moist.

Then add 6 eggs for 12 Matzahs or more or less depending on the number of matzahs you are using.

Mix thoroughly.

Seasoning

Sprinkle a pinch or two of salt and pepper - don't add too much. Mix until evenly spread.

Cook It

Grab a handful and mush it into a pancake and put it onto a pan with oil on it. We use a vegetable oil spray.

Put the stove on medium heat and cook until the bottom is brown then flip it. Once its done let it sit for a bit to cool down before eating.

EATING IT!!!

Add some chocolate spread, cheese, jam, or sugar to add flavor and enjoy.
