I have always loved the scent of lavender and now instead of buying essential oils, I can grow the flower in my house!!! for a low price!! (~ ̄▽ ̄)~

if I win this contest it will be going to my mother so she can buy groceries off of Amazon.

Supplies

what you will need

  1. one large mason jar
  2. seed starter potting mix soil {you can get this at home depot}
  3. lavender seeds {any seed will do. etc. Tiny Tim tomatoes and peppers.}
  4. patience {i don't have that lol}
  5. sunny spot or a UV lamp. {UV lamp is optional.}

first step. pour the planting soil into the mason jar until it's full like the photo.

Second step. pour some of the lavender seeds into the mason jar and push it into the soil and cover the seeds.

thirds step. water the plants until the soil is damp. IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT FLOOD THE SOIL THE SEEDS WILL DROWN!!!

fouth step. drill 2 holes in the lid so your plants can breathe {the lid doesn't need to be fully screwed on}

fifth step. find a sunny spot for your jar.

sixth and final question!!! water your plant every two weeks!! GOOD LUCK!! (~ ̄▽ ̄)~
