For this Christmas craft all you will need is a mason jar, cranberries (not dried), floating candles (you can get these at Walmart), water, and finally some pieces of real or artificial greenery (enough to nicely fill up about 4/5 of the jar).

Put the Greenery Into the Jar

Place and arrange the greenery in the jar. Prod and fold it until you have it in a position which you like. Make sure that it does not fill past the bottom of the lip of the jar.

Add Water

In order to make this candle the best it can be, pour some water into the jar up to about the bottom of the lip. The cranberries and candle will float on the water.

Place Cranberries and Candle

Put the floating candle in the middle of the jar atop the water. Then add about a handful of cranberries all around it (more or less depending on the size of your jar). You may find that you need to shove the garland down a bit more to allow the candle and cranberries to float more freely. Now you are ready to light and enjoy your Christmas candle! A tip to make your candle smoke less is to cut the wick of you candle to a quarter inch in length.
